"Love Your Heart" Community Health & Resource Fair

February 3, 2021 10:00 AM
(PT)

"Love Your Heart" is an annual event in which organizations join together to provide FREE blood pressure screenings to the public near Valentine's Day.

The event brings together community partners to prevent heart disease and stroke and empowers the public to take control of their heart health, know their blood pressure numbers, and know what they mean.

High blood pressure is the most common underlying condition identified in San Diego County’s COVID-related deaths. The best way to know if you have high blood pressure is to have it checked, as there are often no warning signs or symptoms to tell you something is wrong.

Please join us at the next Community Health & Resource Fair (*San Diego County Approved Event). Every 1st Wednesday of the month, community partners will be providing a variety of essential health screening services, resources and food distribution. Hosted by the Multicultural Health Foundation in partnership with Many Shades of Pink, A Healthier Me, Kaiser Permanente, Scripps, SHARC, and Concorde Career Colleges!
