When you have significant complications, it's always recommended that you check with your your primary care physician, or whoever's caring for you.
In the situation where we're talking about pregnancy and blood thinners: there is no obvious contraindication to blood thinners other than what most folks who are blood thinners are contraindicated against that you tend to may have the first responses.
Please check with your provider because you may be on other medications that have a concern.
